This planet is a gas giant and the second largest planet in the solar system after Jupiter. The atmosphere of Saturn is made up of hydrogen, helium and traces of methane, ammonia, and water vapour. Deeper down, the pressure becomes so intense that hydrogen turns into liquid and then into metallic hydrogen, which helps create Saturn’s powerful magnetic field.
